Pai Viceroy Hotel Tirupati

The reservations and backend could be better. Customers who email their approximate arrival time a day ahead shouldn't need another call, which would save them time. Even so, Pai Viceroy needs no recommendation from me. I'd gladly stay at HPV again. We had a pleasant three-day stay in February, 2026. The rooms were a little compact, but housekeeping, room service, restaurant food and the front office were excellent. Valet parking and 24/7 security were extra benefits. Flexible check-in and checkout times showed consideration for guests. The front office team, Hemant, Jaideep, Naveen and Sonia, were courteous, efficient and always helpful despite a steady flow of customers. Sajid handled room service, and B Subramanyam and Padmini did housekeeping appreciably. Haseena Bee kept the restaurant and front office impeccably clean. Mr Balachandra greeted us warmly with a wide smile and very good manners. He's lucky to have those teams, and management must be proud of them.

What stood out most was how close the hotel is to Tirupati Balaji Temple and the other major temples. Getting around was convenient and saved a lot of time, and there were good restaurants and shops nearby. My stay in Tirupati was peaceful and comfortable. The rooms were spacious, very clean and well maintained, with comfortable beds that made it easy to rest after temple visits. Staff were polite, helpful and quick to respond to requests. I'd definitely recommend it for darshan or a family trip.

We really enjoyed staying here and would plan to return on my next trip. There are lots of places and temples nearby, along with shops and restaurants. The pure veg restaurant was amazing for both breakfast and dinner, especially its authentic, delicious South Indian dishes, which I highly recommend. The rooms were neat, clean and very good, and the food was delicious. Room service was very good, and the staff were supportive. The location is amazing.

We arrived around 9 PM looking for a room and explained we couldn't check out before 5 PM the next day. Mr. Bala and Mr. Srinivas kindly let us extend without charging extra, which we really appreciated. Thank you both for helping make the stay comfortable. The ambience was pleasant and the food was good. The staff were welcoming and compassionate, and this was one of the cleanest hotels I've stayed in. We truly enjoyed it and highly recommend it.
