Hotel Paradise inn

I was given an extra hour to check out because my vehicle was delayed, though the 7 am reminder came right on time. The rest of the stay left me unhappy. My room was on the 3 rd floor and the lift wasn't working; when I asked at reception, the reply was rude and irresponsible. The floors were sticky and dusty, and I don't know when they were last cleaned. I killed a few bed bugs and a couple of small cockroaches. The transparent windows facing the passage made me feel my privacy was compromised. There's no restaurant or even tea shop attached, and I had to walk at least 400 to 500 mts to find a small hotel. I stayed for a full day. Although online booking sites and apps showed lower prices, the hotel told me to book directly for Rs.1638/- because I wanted to check in at 7am. They confirmed over the phone that online bookings have strictly 12 noon check-in and check-out times, and that early check-in costs two days' rent. Book carefully. I would never recommend it for a family stay or return myself. For what I paid, this wasn't worth it in a non-metro city.
