You have to take a jug downstairs yourself to fill it with water. They don't provide anything, and there's no room service. The bathroom was horrible, and the pillows and sheets were covered in dirt. The rooms seemed as if they hadn't been cleaned or had their bedding changed in a long time. They call this a three-star hotel, but local lodges are much better. A very bad experience.

We had booked a room for four with breakfast included, but at check-in they told us the breakfast was “all gone.” They had already taken our money, and payment in full was demanded before we could even enter the room. The bathroom had no water and was very unhygienic. There was hair all over the bed, as if it hadn't been cleaned. They advertised air conditioning, but didn't respond when we asked them to turn it on. The management was disgustingly rude and showed no regard for customers. A truly atrocious stay. Stay far away unless you want to be treated like garbage while paying a premium.

My husband had an interview in Tiruppur this month, and we arrived around 11 o'clock looking for a room. The staff treated us as if we were in an illicit relationship. The old man at the front desk behaved terribly. Would he want someone to treat his own daughter and son that way? They need to replace him.

It's a reasonably priced option in the city if you need parking. The hotel is on a main street, with good connections to the bus stand and railway station, and the parking is good. The restaurant is decent and serves South Indian breakfast. The rooms were clean, but small and only minimally furnished, and the TV didn't work. Service was decent too. One of the more decent hotels in Tiruppur.
