OYO 61247 Hotel Vijayalakshmi

The Deluxe Room was okay, but not worth what I paid. The service was the worst I’ve ever experienced. I’d give a negative star if I could, and would never suggest staying here.

I booked after seeing that unmarried couples were allowed, but they denied us entry and didn’t refund the amount. The worst experience. They don’t know how to keep a promise once it’s made. Untrustworthy people, and I won’t choose a room here in future.

The Oyo check-in was a huge hassle. They demanded more money than the amount shown on Oyo and said there’d be no room unless I paid extra. On top of that, the room was filthy, with foul-smelling sheets and very dirty toilets. This was the worst hotel experience I’ve had. Please don’t go, even if you’re desperate.

We booked a super luxury AC room at hotel Vijaya Lakshmi through the oyo app and ended up changing rooms twice because of dirt and bad smells. The second room still had cigarette smoke and glasses and a bottle left on the tables. The rooms were awful, and there was so much dust and mud on the door handle alone, maybe 2kgs. Even the stair and lift floors hadn’t been cleaned. The washrooms smelled bad, and there was no Geaser for bathing. I’ve never seen such a worst hotel room. Never choose this hotel.
