From check-in through dining and room service to checkout, everything went smoothly and professionally during our stay yesterday and today. I’d asked the night before for coffee at 6:00 AM, and it arrived right on time at 5:58. It was excellent filter coffee. I later learned that Mr.Sathish, the front office executive, had made it himself because the restaurant doesn’t open until 7:00 AM. That’s real care for guests. Thank you, Sathish and GRT.

Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer. We checked in after midnight and had to leave soon afterward, but the front desk kindly and professionally gave us a little extra time when we asked. The rooms were clean, spacious, comfortable, and well kept, and the staff were courteous and always ready to help with a smile. Breakfast had great variety and quality. The location was convenient for nearby places. A fantastic stay, and we’d love to come back for longer.

Transportation was a challenge for us, since booking an auto or cab was difficult. If you have your own vehicle, this would be a great choice. We spent one night here with family for a wedding function in Nov-25 and had a pleasant stay. Our third-floor room was neat and spacious. I’ve stayed at GRT properties in Chennai and Madurai before, and they keep a consistent standard across the chain. Still, the facilities here felt a little limited for the price. There’s plenty of open space around the hotel, and a play area and pool would add value. The food tasted good, and I’d recommend it for a comfortable stay in Tiruttani.

We stopped for lunch at this developing GRT location between Chennai and Tirupati. The property looks promising, with a nice entrance and facilities. There’s both a buffet and an à la carte menu. The food was above average, good quality, and moderately priced, though service took a while. We spent well over an hour on a small meal, so choose the buffet if you’re in a hurry. GRT is a well-known Tamil Nadu hospitality brand with several 3, 4 and 5 star hotels.

Our suite had two separate toilets, which was a really handy detail for a family. The property felt luxurious and spotless, with a warm, elegant atmosphere. Food was fresh and delicious, and the staff were kind, responsive, professional, and quick to help. One small issue was a stained bedspread, but otherwise everything was impeccably clean and well maintained. We had a wonderful stay at Regency Tiruttani by GRT Hotels and would gladly return.
