We arrived at around 11 PM and clearly told the staff we planned to check out Sunday evening. They agreed, so we paid the bill on that basis. Two days later, they changed their story and asked for payment for an extra day, which hadn't been discussed. The front desk person was rude and unprofessional throughout. The room was dirty and poorly maintained, and nowhere near worth the high price. We felt misled, overcharged, and disrespected. Very bad service and management that didn't feel honest. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

The staff were friendly, and the room was clean, with clean sheets and a clean bathroom. Rooms are a good size and have a TV and mini fridge. There isn't food available at the hotel, but they can arrange something from nearby restaurants if you order through them. It's on the streets, with essentials like food and medicine close by.

You can find food, medicine, and other necessities nearby since the hotel is on the streets. Staff were friendly, and our room was a good size, clean, and had a TV and mini fridge. The bedsheets and bathroom were clean too. They don't serve food at the hotel, though they'll bring something from nearby restaurants if you order through them.

I had a great stay here. The staff were calm and cooperative, and the hotel is only about a kilometre from BHU and the railway station.

The staff were well behaved, though the hotel is small, with just five rooms and three staff members. Breakfast was ordinary, and tea and bottled water were expensive, with an extra 10 bucks added for the water.
