The location near Assi makes it convenient for exploring the area, and the rooms were comfortable and clean. Staff were polite and generally helpful, which added to a pleasant stay. Service speed and a few minor amenities could use some improvement, though neither seriously affected my visit. A few small refinements could make the place even better. I'd call it a solid 4-star experience and worth considering if you're staying around Assi in Varanasi.

Being within walking distance of Assi Ghat was the one good thing. The room was tiny and cramped, with no windows or ventilation even though the listing said otherwise. The bathroom was dirty and so cramped it was uncomfortable to use. The Wi-Fi had no signal in the room. I asked staff 4-5 times to check it, but nothing was done and it never improved. We paid more than this place was worth. Aside from the location, nothing justified the price. Better to look at nearby options. It wasn't value for money, and the lack of ventilation gave the place negative vibes. Don't book if you have asthma or breathing issues.

There's no car parking at the hotel, so you'll need to leave the car about 10 minutes away. The hotel sits on a very narrow, busy road, and if you're arriving by car, you can't park in front even for two minutes. The room was very small and smelled bad. Plan for a Super Deluxe room only. Room service was very poor and took a long time to respond. They didn't provide a shaving kit, though they do offer unlimited water bottles.

My brother and sister-in-law had an advance booking made the day before, but they were met with hostility and no professionalism when they arrived on the morning of Feb 21, 2026. The female receptionist on duty spoke in an extremely disrespectful, abusive tone and refused to help with their room before 1:00 p.m. She said cleaning a single room would take 2-3 hours and offered no alternative or hospitality while they waited. Guests pay for service and basic respect, not charity. The rudeness was shocking, and a hotel’s reputation starts at the front desk. An employee treating paying guests this way shouldn't be in the service industry. I strongly advise people to avoid booking until there's a complete staff overhaul or a major change in management style. Save your money and peace of mind, and stay somewhere guests are treated like human beings.
