The setting is quiet and tucked a few meters off the main road, which I liked. Staff cooperation was appreciated, though the facilities are only average. There’s no Wi-Fi, and mobile networks can be slow. The beds and sheets weren’t great, and there were pigeon droppings in the bathroom. The place could also be cleaner, especially around the waste.

At 90, I came to this hotel because I wanted to visit Arunachala. The staff helped me a lot, and I’m very grateful to the manager. They were especially helpful to me as a senior citizen.

I booked for two nights but left after just one because lizards in the room made it too disturbing to sleep. I barely slept, and it was a really bad experience. The rooms themselves were very average and not worth the 1500 per day. The place looks more like a mansion than a hotel, and the proper facilities just weren’t there. I had a genuine reason for checking out early, but management refused to refund the unused night, citing a non-refundable policy. I won’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

The smell in the room was the worst I’ve ever experienced, and there was no cleanliness or hygiene. The towels and bedsheets had horrible stains. These rooms were worse than public toilets. Please check the room before paying.

The place was peaceful, and the food tasted delicious and homemade. Really enjoyed it, highly recommend.
