Robusta Retreat

We spent three nights at robusta retreat in November 2025. It has a big lawn and decent parking, and the modern, stylish property offers several room options despite not being very large. Our room was a decent size, with big windows for plenty of natural light and space to sit. The best part is the calm setting, away from Dal lake crowds and traffic while still close to the lake. Front desk manager Mr. Samir was polite and cordial, and made sure guests had what they needed for a comfortable, hassle-free stay. Mr.Touseef, the F&B manager, took a real interest in the food. He was soft spoken and friendly, suggested dishes to suit our tastes and needs, and regularly asked for feedback. He was willing to make changes when guests suggested them, and was also good company outside of food talk. Our experience was extremely pleasant and satisfactory. I highly recommend this property for a calm stay in Srinagar.

I had a really good stay here with my parents. The rooms were well maintained, the food was up to the mark, and the staff were welcoming. Mr. Mubeen deserves a special mention for his good service. The location is very close to Dal lake, and I'd definitely recommend staying here.

Munir was kind and helpful throughout our stay, and the rest of the staff were the same. The rooms are cosy, and the food feels homemade. They prepare it fresh and serve it straight away. The hotel is very nice.

After our long journey, we were welcomed on the first night with a hot cup of Kawa tea. The staff were warm and friendly, and the place is very family and kid friendly. They listened carefully to our request for Baby's food without spices or salt and were able to customize it. Thanks for the excellent service and for making our trip so memorable.
