The Geyser didn't work properly, the room was full of mosquitoes, and they charged the AC room rate without providing the AC remote. Before payment they acted helpful, but afterwards they didn't care about customers. The receptionist, female worker, and owner were rude and rash. They don't even deserve one star, but that's the lowest I can give. For the value, you may want to consider other residences. A complete waste of money, with not even basic facilities.

The rooms and service were good, parking was available, and the price was reasonable and negotiable. The temple is 1.5 kms away. There is no lift.

Worst residency, cheating people by asking for more money. They registered with oyo, but when customers book and pay, they say they aren't part of the oyo booking. Then they ask for thousands. Such a cheating residency, don't go, anyone.

For ₹2,600 per night, the family room for two adults and two kids came with just a bed and bathroom. They didn't even provide drinking water, basic amenities, or proper service. The place seems focused on making money rather than guests' comfort, and the price is far too high for what's offered.

I stayed here in February and June in 2025. Both AC and non AC rooms were reasonably priced. Check-in and check-out were customer friendly, with no extra charges for early check-in or late check-out like at other hotels with business minded policies. Auto rikshaw availability to anywhere in Tiruvannamalai was good.
