Lingaa's Eco Stay

The staff were warm and helpful, and the place itself was lovely. There's Italian food available on site, though you can order in if that doesn't suit you. The friendly dogs were a nice extra too!

The temple is nearby, which was the one good point for us. The rooms were very unclean, and I saw dogs lying on the extra beds. Although we'd paid in full and our check-in time was noon, we arrived at 4 pm and still weren't given a room. We waited an hour because the previous guests hadn't checked out, which shouldn't have been our problem. I also tried calling reception hundreds of times to tell them we were coming, but nobody answered. The staff weren't welcoming and acted as if our arrival was just adding to their workload. Two staff members, a man and a woman, seemed busy selling groceries and food items to devotees outside Lingaas eco stay. It looked to me like they were there to run their outside business for free. Lingaas eco Stay ruined our trip.

The rooms are nicely built and the staff behave well, but the place doesn't seem to be supervised properly.

There are plenty of parking spaces, and the staff were friendly. The location is lovely too, surrounded by lots of trees on Girivalam road. I stayed three nights and couldn't believe how quiet it was. There's no restaurant, so we had to sort out our own food, but Swiggy and Zomato worked well for me.
