It’s a house that’s been converted into a place to stay, in a peaceful area among houses, about 1 km from the temple. The room and bathroom were clean, and there was hot water. There’s no lift, and you shouldn’t expect particular services beyond the basics. Still, it’s a good stay.

A simple, cozy room and a quiet atmosphere made this feel comfortable and homely. It was clean and relaxing, with none of the flashy or fashionable touches I didn’t need. 😊

There are different room types, though availability is limited since this is a home stay. The rooms are well kept, the bathroom has a heater, and toiletries were provided. It’s close to the temple, with eateries a two-minute walk away and a direct road to the East Rajagopuram. The older owner was very kind and accommodating. This is a home stay, not a hotel or lodge, and it feels true to that.
