SDD Grand

The location made getting around easy: it’s close to the highway and the temple’s east gate, and even during festival road closures you can reach the temple without that hassle. There’s covered parking on the property as well as open parking, and an ATM nearby. We found the place clean and safe, with roomy, well-furnished AC and non-AC rooms, a lift, and facilities suited to older guests and people with accessibility needs. Service is available around the clock, transport can be arranged, and check-in and checkout times are flexible. The staff were kind and attentive, especially Duraraj. A good family stay at an affordable price. Thanks to the management for a safe, excellent experience.

The stay was good overall, but the washrooms could have been kept cleaner. I noticed some dirt and caught an unpleasant smell from the drain once, though it wasn’t constant.

Room was ready straight away, and it was kept in very good condition. Service was good too. I’d book here again without hesitation.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well looked after, and the staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Check-in went smoothly. It was also easy to get to the Thiruvannamalai temple from SDD Grand Hotel, which made the visit convenient. I had a wonderful stay and would recommend it to people coming to the area.
