The room was roomy and spotless, the staff made us feel welcome, and the amenities were really good. It was also a great base for exploring the city, with a nice atmosphere. CSK COMFORTS went beyond what I expected. I’d happily stay again.

After seven days here, I came away disappointed and wouldn’t recommend it. The Wi-Fi was useless, and power cuts happened often. The rooms were clean, but poorly looked after, with cramped bathrooms and no fridge. Housekeeping was hit or miss, and even water or tea could be delayed. Basic items had to be requested. Service was painfully slow: we often had to ask several times, and then things might arrive late or wrong. The staff seemed untrained and unprofessional. It felt like a waste of money.

CSK Comforts felt pleasant largely because of the staff. They were professional, courteous, and quick to respond whenever I needed something. Their attentiveness helped make sure I was comfortable throughout my stay.

My repeat visit to CSK comforts was especially comfortable because Akila and Nadeem remembered how I like things arranged. Their housekeeping was consistently thorough, and you can tell they take pride in it. Both were professional and gave the stay that home away from home feeling. Thanks to Akila and Nadeem for such thoughtful service.
