The rooms are comfortable and beautiful, with clean washrooms and good ventilation since there aren't buildings around them. There's also a spacious covered terrace where you can relax in the fresh air and enjoy the Vishakhapatnam city view. The reception looks beautiful too. It's a budget friendly hotel, less than 1 km on foot from Vishakhapatnam Railway station, and suitable for couples.

The room was comfortable, and I stayed there for 3 nights without any complaints about it. The structure is old but large, and it's within 2km of the railway station, though the auto fare was 120😬. Room service was poor 🤬: they only replaced the bedsheets 24 hours after I complained.

The rooms are dirty, with lots of cockroaches. There was no hot water, and the AC didn't work properly. The main problems were the dirtiness and lack of hot water.

For ₹3.8k a day, this place was nowhere near acceptable. The curtains smelled and were filthy, the sheets and comforter had a bad odor like they hadn't been washed properly, and there were cockroaches on the bed, walls, and in the bathroom. The TV didn't work, and there wasn't a kettle or a complimentary water bottle, though there was an RO at reception guests could use. One of the worst hotels I've booked through MMT.
