Brundavan Suites

I was so frustrated that I booked another hotel instead. The rooms were very bad, and I couldn't reach the owner's phone. I wasted all my money here. I don't understand why this property is listed on so many booking platforms.

They moved us to another room at 11pm after telling us the AC wasn't running, even though we'd booked an AC room. The rooms smelled awful, had broken chairs, and the bedsheets and pillow covers were dirty. The bathroom lock didn't work, and there was no room service or amenities. After paying the full booking amount, we were treated rudely by the manager. They charged me an extra 1400/- for checking out at 6pm, calling it a full day's tariff. It felt like they were trying to squeeze every penny from tourists. Easily my worst hotel experience. Don't book the Lawsons Bay hotel.

I booked through Agoda because the reviews looked decent, but staying there was awful. The room smelled dirty, I started itching when I got into bed, and there were hundreds of mosquitoes. I couldn't sleep comfortably and woke in the night. When I turned on the light, I was shocked to see several large cockroaches crawling over the bed and floor, as you can see in the picture. The next morning I found two black caterpillars in the bathroom. I seriously wondered if it was a guest house or an insect sanctuary.

The worst hotel I've ever been to. Nobody should visit.
