The mattresses were filthy, and when I complained, I was told they’d been changed and that they would stay that way. The rooms were terrible too, and the hotel wasn’t worth what we paid. The photos on the website may be from when it first opened, because inside it was awful. I’ve never seen a worse hotel in my life. It doesn’t deserve a star, and I’d rather sleep on a platform. The people running it seemed like cheaters with no concern for customers. Please avoid this place.

I booked for my parents two weeks ahead and had confirmed it with the booking site. When they arrived, the hotel said it wasn’t taking online bookings and claimed there were no rooms, even though other booking sites still showed availability. The staff did nothing to help, leaving my parents stranded for hours. They had to find another hotel late at night. If you’re travelling from far away, don’t book here.

We didn’t get to stay here. We booked through OYO, but when we arrived, they said our room had been given to someone else because they don’t believe in offline check-in. The hotel staff were kind, though, and helped arrange another hotel for us. If you’re considering booking, call ahead or book in person. I’d avoid online sites.

I booked through an app, but when I reached the hotel they said online reservations weren’t valid and they didn’t accept them. It felt like the listing was used to draw people in, then once you’re there with no other option, you have to take a room at whatever price they offer. Don’t fall for it.

They advertise an attractive rate online, then once you get to the hotel they charge more or cancel your request. The hotel itself is good, but this practice of drawing people in with the online deal and then taking more money is awful. I wouldn’t recommend it.
