Sterling Padam Pench

The staff serving and attending to us were very attentive, and calls were answered within ten minutes. Breakfast was good, and the management organized some good outdoor activities. Those were the bright spots in an otherwise poor stay. Lunch and dinner were below average, and the rooms were dirty and smelly. Management came across as rude and dismissive. Our Mudhouse room had a persistent bathroom odor. Staff tried cleaning it three or four times, then used a lot of chemicals in the drain and the smell eased, but we still had to sleep in that room with an infant and a three-year-old. This wasn’t a sudden problem; management should have fixed it before assigning the room. The room was also very small, with no chairs or sofa, and we paid 9k for a space that was badly overpriced for its size and amenities. There were no slippers, and the sheets were stained and worn. They provided a baby crib when we asked, but refused to provide a mattress and told us to lay the baby on the hard surface. They offered only a bedsheet. The staff’s response on this was rude and ignorant. This doesn’t seem like the 4-5 star property it’s advertised as, and it didn’t feel luxurious at all. The management could easily have resolved several of these issues.

This is specifically about the restaurant. The team’s warm service made every meal feel special during our stay at Sterling Pench Padam. Arnab deserves a special mention for being attentive, thoughtful, and proactive about our needs. The personal care made the dining experience memorable. The scenic setting is lovely too. I’d recommend it for both the location and the team’s hospitality, and hope to return.

The pool and dining area were lovely, and we had a great time together as a family. Our room, 501 and 102, was spacious, clean, and luxurious. Sterling Padam Pench is beautifully maintained and surrounded by nature, just right for a relaxing break. The food was delicious, with plenty of variety and nice presentation. Ankit, Rajkumar, Sukhram, and Prakash were polite and attentive throughout, and made us feel welcome. We had a superb stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, luxurious escape. We can’t wait to come back.

Everyone at Sterling Padam Pench was caring and treated us with real respect. Arnab and Chef Sanjay were especially considerate, and made food to suit our tastes. I had an amazing experience and will definitely return.
