Pench Jungle Camp

The camp is a very short drive from the entrance to Pensch Natl Park, and we booked through Nature Safaris, whose guide/naturist was great. It’s a well-run place with nice rooms, good AC, and plenty of hot water. The food was consistently good, and the kitchen staff were helpful with special requests. They also had great cookies ready as a snack for the early morning game drives.

After a day on safari, it was easy to come back to a clean, simple room and unwind. The lodge is calm, spacious, and efficiently run, with the comforts needed for a pleasant stay. It made a practical base for exploring the park. Meals were nutritious, nicely presented, and thoughtfully prepared, a good fit after busy days outdoors. Service was polite and helpful throughout. A good choice if convenience, comfort, and a straightforward safari stay are what you’re after.

Yas, the GM, was everywhere, checking that guests were having a good experience and making sure any issues were sorted. He gave personal service and even went out of his way to suggest some very good shopping areas in Nagpur. My husband and I spent 3 nights at Pench Jungle Camp in April 2026. It’s a beautiful, well-appointed property with excellent service and good food.

The lunch and dinner buffets were very good, and when I asked the manager about an extra-spicy dish, the kitchen always made me a delicious Indian meal. The staff were super friendly and helpful. I spent 5 nights in a luxury tent while going on safaris in Pench. The room was amazing, with a nice shower and toilet, good AC and a fan, plus a fridge and water boiler for making coffee before the early safari. I can only recommend Pench Jungle Camp.
