For about 700Rs, this was a decent stay. The room was compact but tidy, with a comfortable bed and cupboards, and the bathroom had hot water, though I did spot a few cockroaches. The standout is the location: the metro is very close, and the railway station and buses are within easy reach. Basic facilities were there.

It was an average place, neither particularly good nor terrible. The room and toilet were clean enough, but not spotless, and parking space was very limited. In the double room the beds sat at different heights and weren't comfortable, so it didn't feel suitable for couples. Noise from nearby rooms, including TVs, phones and people moving or hitting things, carried through past midnight. When power went out, backup either wasn't available or took a while to come on.

If you're traveling alone and need somewhere near Aluva, this may do. For anyone else, I'd avoid it. The bathrooms were awful, and the room blankets and towels weren't very clean. Cleanliness overall was poor, and staff asked for extra money as a caution deposit.

The staff spoke to us at checkout as if they assumed we were there for something personal, which felt uncomfortable. The sheet wasn't clean, and the AC began dripping water in the middle of the night. Parking was also poor, and I wouldn't bring a family here. I only gave one star because there was no zero-star option. I'd suggest making a complaint when checking out. Very poor.
