Hotel ND Manor

At Hotel ND Manor Dehradun, the staff were unresponsive and unhelpful when we raised concerns, and room service was extremely slow. Basic amenities were missing, the room wasn’t clean, and the washroom smelled bad. The old-looking bedsheets and towels seemed unhygienic. It doesn’t justify the price, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here, especially for families or travelers.

The staff behavior and service were pathetic, and they didn’t handle requests properly or show concern for guest comfort. The rooms were poorly maintained and the bedsheets weren’t properly cleaned. In winter, with the temperature around 4°C, the geysers didn’t work and there was no hot water, making the stay very difficult. Instead of fixing it, staff asked for extra charges for a room heater, which should be a basic facility in those conditions. Cleanliness, room quality, basic amenities, and customer service all fell badly short. It wasn’t worth the money, and I strongly wouldn’t recommend ND Manor Hotel, Dehradun to anyone visiting Dehradun.

It’s a relaxing spot away from the city, with good forest and Himalayan views. The rooms were good and had a balcony, and the staff were very helpful and took care of what we needed. They even got whatever our family asked for from outside. The food they served was delicious.

Ritik at reception, Sumit Pandey, the room service team, and Hukam Singh in the kitchen all provided great service. The room and washroom were neat and clean. I’d rate it 05/05. Keep it up 👍
