The staff were super rude, and I had to call the police and vacate the room. Even after police instructed them to refund my money, the staff didn’t return a single penny. The rooms are also very small and cramped, with no proper ventilation. Please don’t stay here.

The bathroom was okay, and Bandra is handy for getting to nearby places by auto, usually for ₹50–₹80. The room itself had that usual damp seepage smell, so I had to keep the AC on. The exhaust fan didn't work. For ₹2,500 the room is okay, though I think ₹2,000 would make it better value. It wasn't bad overall.

The receptionist was rude and acted as if he owned the hotel. The service was awful. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. If there were a rating below one star, this place would get it.

I was traveling with my family, and my kids wouldn't use the bathroom because of the problems there. The sheets were dirty and torn, and there were cockroaches in the room. They moved us to another room, but that didn't solve it. We still found cockroaches.

The lobby felt warm and welcoming, and the location worked well for us, with restaurants and public transit nearby. Our room had modern amenities and a comfortable bed. The staff were courteous and quick to respond, and I found the stay comfortable and convenient.
