Ardency Inn by Park Tree

The rooms were the one good part of this hotel. There didn’t seem to be any experienced staff, and everything took too long. Basic things like towels, shampoo, shower gel, and an electric kettle weren’t in the rooms. Breakfast wasn’t very good either.

We had to change rooms because the first one had a broken bathroom door and light, and the room door wasn’t working either. In the replacement room, the TV didn’t work. Service was poor, and the inexperienced staff didn’t seem able to handle things properly. Very disappointing.

I was there with my cousins last week. After we checked in, we found the geyser and landline weren’t working. I told the manager, but nothing was done promptly and the commitments weren’t kept. It took several reminders from us before the problems were resolved.

The price was much lower than what others were charging, and I couldn’t imagine getting this kind of stay for so little. We spent two nights here, and the Ardency Inn team made it memorable. The hotel met our expectations, with clean rooms, helpful staff, and especially yummy food. One of my best experiences in udaipur.
