Atulya Niwas - Aravali views

We paid about 3500 per room each night, though the rooms seemed worth around 1000 and weren't up to that level. The property is in a village, far from the main city and Fateh Sagar, and there wasn't a particularly classy mountain view either. Getting around felt scary in the evening, especially late at night when we weren't familiar with the roads. I'd suggest looking for a more convenient room near the city where you can get basic services like cabs and restaurants.

We planned to stay for two nights and three days but left after just one night. The pool wasn't clean, and although most rooms seemed empty, we were told only one blanket was available when we asked for two extra beds, blankets, and pillows. Food was full of different colors, and our plates were left outside the door instead of being collected. The rooms weren't properly cleaned either. Someone had smoked in the bathroom, and the expired room freshener started to stink after 10 or 12 minutes. The staff were rude, and people came there to drink and smoke. It was a horrible experience. I could suggest it to someone looking for an OYO room at a higher price.

It’s a small resort, but a really nice one. Mr. Sureshji’s hospitality was great, and the staff were so helpful. We were satisfied with the food too.

The food felt completely homely, and the hospitality, property, and ambience were excellent. We had a great time staying at Atulya Nivas, and it’s a lovely place to spend time with family.
