The photos on Google looked old and misleading compared with how dirty and poorly kept the property was when we arrived. We had already paid ₹3,000 in advance for a room, so we asked for our money back straight away. They returned only half, though nobody had told us about that rule while booking. It was a really disappointing experience. Check carefully before paying an advance here.

The owner and staff were especially cooperative, and we had a great time here more than once. It's a lovely place for group parties, with big, comfortable rooms and a clean swimming pool. The food was tasty and good quality, too. Nice spot to stay surrounded by nature.

Mahendra blamed us for not asking about the refund terms when we booked, rather than taking responsibility. We had paid Rs. 3,000 in advance, but on arrival found the property extremely dirty and poorly maintained, nothing like the old, misleading Google photos. We asked for a refund immediately, but got only half, and nobody had mentioned a partial refund policy during booking. It was a very disappointing experience. I'd strongly advise people to be cautious about paying in advance and avoid booking here.

The team made our Diwali 2025 vacation one to remember, and I'm grateful to all of them. From the mountain views, rooms, ambience, and food to the way people treated us, everything felt carefully done with warmth. Mr. Mahendra Singh ji personally handled the booking, Narayan Singh ji welcomed us at reception, and even the gate security guard, restaurant staff, housekeeping, and room service made us feel like family. To me, hospitality means love, care, and respect, and we felt all of that. It's a lovely choice for a family with elders or kids, or a group of friends. Atithi Devo Bhava, “The guest is God,” is a beautiful belief, and this property truly lives by it. I feel the hospitality industry has gradually moved away from that idea and become more focused on money than genuine service, so this was a real pleasure.
