The reception team was proactive, and the bedsheets and linens were clean. They also provided soap, and my room was clean. But my room on the third floor and the corridor there had a horrible, strong smoke smell all night. The hotel says it has a zero smoke policy. It was uncomfortable, and neither the air freshener nor the AC did much to clear the smell. Please take care if you're visiting. Otherwise, it was a peaceful place to stay.

Breakfast was a letdown, with very little variety and the same options each day. The room was spacious, which was a plus, but smelled bad, including the washroom. Maintenance was poor, and basic things like switch sockets were broken. Overall, cleanliness, upkeep, and dining quality fell short. Just an average stay.

I paid too, so I should get the same treatment as other guests. When I asked to have my room cleaned, they first said it could be done after 4 PM. I waited and called again after 4, but then they said it wasn't possible because they had lots of bookings that day. My suggestion is not to book more rooms if you can't serve all your guests equally. The manager wouldn't solve the issue and threatened to tell me to check out if I didn't like the service. Very poor service. Don't choose this hotel, guys.

The staff were polite and cooperative, which made everything smooth and pleasant. Bhawar Niwas Hotel was clean and well organized, and the rooms were comfortable. A good place for a comfortable stay.

The garden's bonfire area was a great extra, and the night view was lovely. Our room was clean, the atmosphere was lovely, and the staff and owner were polite. We stayed as a couple from jaipur, and they made the trip more memorable.
