Bhuvi made our Udaipur stay feel easy from the start. He checked that we were comfortable, helped in every way he could, and even took some amazing photos of our trip. Such a friendly, helpful host, always smiling. One of my best stays in Udaipur. Full recommendation, yaar, don’t miss this place!

I live about 400 meters from this hotel and walk past it every day on my way to and from the library. Around 4 PM on November 25, 2025, as I was heading home, two boys from the hotel staff were standing on the terrace and teasing me. I spoke up, and they ran off. I’ve never stayed here, but it left me wondering whether I’m safe even near my own home. I’ve never had this happen before, and there are many hotels nearby. I didn’t take action this time, but if it happens again, I’ll make sure there are consequences. I’m posting this so the owner knows what happened and can take the necessary action. The staff showed no basic manners, which makes me question what kind of hospitality guests would receive. Thank you.

Breakfast was included, but after I called at 9 AM, it still took 50 minutes to arrive. They said they had forgotten. The premium lake-side view room I booked turned out to be Room 204, at the far corner. A noisy fan and ongoing disturbance from the nearby building kept me awake all night. In the morning, I tried to watch TV but there was no remote. I wanted to call reception, but the landline had no dial numbers and the mobile number they gave me was switched off. Very disappointing, especially for a premium room.

The hospitality wasn’t good. Please visit the hotel before booking a room.
