The room was in poor condition and looked nothing like the booking photos. We also had frequent water shortages, and the staff were unprofessional and unhelpful. The area felt unsafe, especially for tourists. It wasn't worth the money.

I had a pleasant stay in a calm, relaxing room. It was spacious, spotless, and well-kept, with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was hygienic and had all the essential amenities.

The area felt bad and unsafe for tourists. People there use abusive language toward tourists, and there are loafer-type people around. The hotel is bad, has no facilities, and the behaviour is no good.

The owner and staff are humble people. We made a good choice for our family accommodation...

The location is handy, near public transport and local eateries, and the staff are friendly and helpful, making for a smooth stay. Hotel Heritage High offers good comfort at an affordable price, with clean, well-kept compact rooms and air conditioning. There aren't many luxury amenities, but it's excellent value for money.
