What really stayed with me was how the staff handled our forgotten belongings: they brought them to the bus stand, around 6 km away, at short notice. Their hospitality and dedication were clear throughout. We had set off without a plan, and finding an affordable place near scenic spots had seemed difficult, but this hotel worked out very well. The building is old, though the rooms have been nicely renovated with modern amenities. From the balcony and terrace, the views were mesmerizing. Staff were polite, soft-spoken, and ready to help, privacy was respected, and requests were handled quickly with one call. A comfortable place made the trip more memorable. I'd recommend it for a pleasant, budget-friendly stay near beautiful surroundings.

We booked for a week but checked out the next morning. The rooftop view was the only decent part, and it didn't justify the price. I can't understand how this place has three stars on Google, and I wouldn't recommend it. The room was very small and dirty, with stained, linty sheets and no almirahs. The bathroom leaked, and the unhygienic refrigerator made a constant grr grr noise. Before we even went in, a staff member sprayed a strong, unpleasant fragrance from a cold-drink bottle filled with a milky solution, which gave us a headache. A family, possibly the owners, seemed to live on the ground floor, adding to the chaotic, untidy feel. There was no kettle or coffee or tea sachets in the room.

We left immediately. The manager was very rude, and the room was nothing like the photos online. It was unclean and poorly maintained, with old furniture, an unhygienic bathroom, and upkeep well below expectations. The photos attached show what they uploaded versus what we actually found. I had a very disappointing experience and wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a comfortable or reliable stay.

The staff behaved well, and the rooftop ambience was nice. For this price, it's a nice hotel, close to the lake and with a lift. The room amenities could be better, though. Towels looked like cleaning rags, and I had to ask for towels and water, both basic things you'd expect in a hotel.
