We had to stay for one night because we'd paid Rs 2300/- in advance and had no other option. We checked in on 26th Feb 2022, and the room was overpriced and dirty, with poor service. The washroom was unclean, and the upholstery had a foul smell. The TV didn't work for 3-4 hours after check-in, and we were about to leave in disgust before they fixed it. I stayed in a premium room facing the main road, but the rooms still need maintenance. It wasn't a pleasant experience, and I wouldn't recommend it for families.

Mr. Gowrishankar at reception communicated well, was very supportive, and did a good job attending to guests. The rooms were clean and in very good shape, the breakfast was good, and the hotel was in a good location. Great hospitality and a great experience all around..!!!

The rooms were clean and good. Staff were cooperative, and our group check-in went smoothly. There seemed to be too few staff, though, so you may have to wait when you're traveling as a group or need something.

The restaurant had plenty of choices and the food tasted good, and our rooms were in good shape with prompt service. What stood out most was the manager and the staff, especially Rahul Singh Ji, JaiVeer Shaktawat ji and Amar Singh ji. They arranged food for us in the middle of the night at no extra charge, even though the nearby places and restaurants were closed. They really showed the spirit of Atithi Devo Bhava. A good hotel at an affordable price.
