Dinesh was very helpful. He arranged an auto for us and helped me put together a good itinerary. The room and washroom were very small, and neither was hygienic. The bedsheets weren’t neat and clean. The hotel was overpriced, and staying there made me feel like I was living in Dharavi.

The bathroom jet spray was broken and flooded the area. I have video proof. The room was poorly maintained, too. We’d booked for two days and paid the required advance. On Saturday morning, the second day, the receptionist suddenly asked for extra money, saying the room had already been sold to other guests. Nobody had told us this during booking. We had to leave before noon and look for another hotel on a busy weekend, which caused a lot of stress. The whole experience felt unprofessional and unreliable. I wouldn’t recommend it.

The staff were supportive, and the spacious rooms came with amenities. The hotel is close to all the major places.
