Sonal Zala and the food staff have been consistently excellent. Sonal takes care of our preferences and gets the dishes made just how we like them. Her helpfulness, dedication, and constant smile make a real difference, and I’d give her five stars. The hotel overall gets three from me. We were asked to check out at 10:30 AM, earlier than the usual 11:00 AM, which was inconvenient. Around 2:00 AM, some guests near the pool were so loud they disturbed our sleep. I called reception, and they responded, but didn't take proactive steps to stop the noise. The pool also seemed to have a high chlorine level, causing throat irritation and discomfort. On the plus side, the food quality was excellent and the overall service was good.

We paid a lot for two rooms and didn't feel we got much value. The food was okay, but the stay wasn't pleasant. Before booking, they promised the dining hall would stay open until 11, but it didn't. We understood they wanted to leave early, so asked them to send food to our room. After that, whenever we went there, the restaurant manager looked at us as if we were bothering him, even though we were only asking for basic facilities. Room service was good, but they didn't consider our requests. The general manager was good. Poolside, we weren't allowed to have speakers or food, or do anything, but another family who came after us was allowed to do what they asked for, and staff served them. It felt like quite a bit of partiality. 0/10. The hotel is way out of the city, so it's a no-go.

There’s a good amount of open space, and the resort itself is nicely built and in a good location. We ate dinner and breakfast there; the food was average, though perfectly okay. Our stay was decent, with room for improvement.

The WiFi was the worst we had on our tour, and mobile reception here is very poor, so staying in touch could be difficult. The hotel may be fine for a stop, but I wouldn't eat at the restaurant again. Breakfast was very poor, and dinner was worse. With so few guests, there was no buffet, but instead of offering a choice of starter, main, and dessert, we were served tasteless pasta and bland, creamy paneer that seemed made for French guests. The staff didn't seem to recognize that it wasn't suitable for Indian guests, and continued serving it for the convenience of the kitchen. We had paid for two dinners and skipped the second one. Our first room had oily, sweaty bedsheets and dirty pillowcases. The plaster below the AC was peeling, probably from a leak. After we complained, we were moved without any trouble. But with only four rooms let and the hotel otherwise empty, why not give us a better room to start with? The manager likes to fix problems, but surely preventing them in the first place is part of the job.

The quiet here feels out of this world, and it's a lovely place to get together for a party. The pool is the real beauty of the resort. Our room had a lower balcony, which we've booked several times and would suggest trying. The rooms are genuinely spacious, the property is well maintained and looks as cool as it does in the pictures, and the food gets a 10 out of 10 from me.
