We fully paid in advance after booking online in October 2025 for a stay at the end of December 2025. For the past few days, we've been trying to call customer care to confirm, but nobody answers. We also emailed their official address and still got no reply. It seems like a scam, and I urge people not to trust them with their hard earned money. They seem to be fraudsters scamming people in broad daylight. The worst experience!

Fraud alert! The hotel doesn't seem to exist at all. There's a completely different property at that location, and they ask you to pay again when you arrive even if you booked online.

I had a very bad experience booking through fab hotal. When we arrived, there was no contact with fab, no response, and no way to reach fab personal. Please, I advise no one to book this hotel. This has caused a lot of trouble.

I stayed there for two days. Room service was good, but there was water leaking in the washroom. The pool was in very bad condition and hadn't been cleaned. Other customers had the same complaint about it. The hotel is quite far from the railway station.
