The restaurant was the only good part. The food was good and served hot. I booked two Deluxe rooms, but at check-in we were given rooms that weren't Deluxe. When I asked the receptionist to change them, he first said no rooms were free, which was a lie. After 15-20 minutes of argument and chaos, we got the Deluxe rooms. They weren't as good as expected, the blanket covers were very dirty, and the geyser didn't work in one room. Overall, I'd rate the stay 4/10.

The staff member was very polite, but the room was in poor shape. It looked different from the photos, and the old property clearly needs maintenance. Even though we booked a superior double, both the room and bathroom were far too small.

The TV didn’t work, the room wasn’t properly cleaned, and the bedsheets were dirty. If you order anything, expect to follow up several times and wait 1.5 to 2 hours. I also paid for breakfast when booking, but in the morning there was none, just excuses. Save your money and add some extra 500 for a better hotel if you don’t want your mood spoiled. Fab is a well-known chain across the country, so I was shocked by the actual room and service. I chose this over OYO, thinking OYO wasn’t good, and this was even worse. I doubt the positive reviews, since many seem to come from the hotel’s own staff. I’m attaching pictures, so zoom in before deciding to stay. If you arrive in a good mood for a trip, seeing this place is likely to spoil it.

I stayed here for 2 days, and honestly, I wanted to spend as much time outside as possible. I’m a real guest, not a competitor, though I know the owner probably won’t like a review that could affect sales. The floors were sticky, the taps were broken, and the flush and toilet seat were broken too. The bedsheets were extremely dirty and old, maybe used for a decade. Housekeeping didn’t seem professional, and roadside guys were cleaning the hotel. Staff were asleep on the reception sofas until 10am and didn’t seem concerned that guests were around. Safety is a serious concern if you’re a woman. If zero stars were possible, I’d give that. Travelers come to Udaipur with high expectations, and this hotel could give you the worst experience you’ve had. Please spend your hard-earned money at a good hotel.
