This was my third stay here, and each visit has been better than the last. I liked the early check-in, the comfortable bed, and the blackout curtains that let us sleep in. There was plenty of light in the room, which was completely soundproof, and the bathroom was very clean with a good choice of toiletries. Room service was very good, and the food was great. The front desk staff were especially friendly and polite. The hotel is also only a few minutes from the city’s main market and famous tourist spots.

The rooms and lobby were suffocating, and “deluxe” is just a name here. At 3000/-, it wasn’t worth even 1500 rs. The room wasn’t properly clean, the drinking water wasn’t good, the food quality was poor, and the TV channels hadn’t been recharged. The owner wasn’t cooperative at all. Don’t rent a bike or scooty from this hotel either. They provide old, unserviced vehicles, and later the customer may have to pay for any fault. Worst experience. I don’t recommend staying here.

The rooms were neat and clean, and the staff were polite and cooperative. Everything was convenient, with sightseeing, scooter and car rentals, taxi service, and bus facility around udaipur and to Mount Abu available here. Everything was great 👍

The owner and staff were disgraceful and unethical. When customers arrive, they overwhelm you and insist you take the place. After payment, if there’s a problem, they deliberately block your calls. Very poor service.
