The staff handling the property seem unprofessional, so don't expect great hospitality. The restaurant food was extremely expensive. One boiled egg, for example, costs 60 rupees. Detailed menu attached.

Room cleaning was very poor, and the service was bad too. They didn't provide basic services like replacing towels or blankets.

The hotel and rooms were in very bad condition, and the washrooms weren't clean. They also asked for extra money for water.

The rooms and other infrastructure are very good, but the hotel is a long way outside the city. There may be a problem if you book a room in the lower price range online because of an internal issue between two service providers. I was asked to pay an extra balance on top of the online booking price, so I cancelled.

The Rajasthani-style ghokda had an amazing view, and the rooms were superb. Staff were so helpful, especially the manager, and service was super fast. The food was good too. One of the best hotels in udaipur.
