Fabhotel Lupin International

The rooms were dirty and didn't feel safe for a family. We paid upfront for premium rooms but were given small single rooms, and there wasn't any drinking water offered. Fab Hotels Group showed the name LupinInternational, but the place was actually Downtown City Hotel. We were also asked to pay in advance for two hotels, lupin international and castle inn. They promised a refund for one day since we'd booked two days but paid for three. We still haven't got that money back, and their representative hasn't picked up the phone since. We had the worst experience with Fab Hotels Group; they use fake reviews. Don't risk your family's safety by trusting the online reviews.

After we arrived, they gave us a deluxe room even though we'd booked a premium room through the fabhotel site 15 - 20 days earlier. When we objected, they offered another deluxe room with a window, then insisted that was a premium room. The fabhotel executives agreed that it wasn't premium, but nothing changed. We eventually canceled and found another hotel, which was very hectic because there were hardly any rooms available at that time. We kept having to explain the problem from scratch because a different executive answered each call. They only spoke to the hotel twice and made little effort to resolve it. They also refused to refund the booking amount at first, saying it wasn't a big issue. After a lot of discussion, they offered to return only 50%. The executives stopped picking up our calls too. Highly disappointed with both the hotel and the fabhotel. I don't recommend booking this hotel or using the fabhotel.

I've never seen such a bad hotel. There was no cleanliness at all, and even decent people couldn't step inside. Many people who booked it canceled after reaching the hotel. Please don't book here and ruin your vacation. If zero had been an option, that's what I'd have given.

The rooms are spacious, and there's good vegetarian food, but no non-veg on the menu. You can order non-veg from a nearby restaurant, though they add Rs100 per order without telling customers beforehand. The kitchen service is very, very slow. The hotel is close to the city, but tucked deep inside.
