Fabhotel Prime Remark

The rates can be negotiated, and the location is nice. Rooms and bathrooms are clean and good, with fine service.

Nice location, great staff, and super rooms with the best service.

The property is nicely done and in a convenient spot, but the service was poor because the staff were very irresponsible. Room cleaning wasn't done properly or every day, and the AC remotes had no working batteries or cells. There were lots of mosquitoes, so I had to ask staff to bring repellent for both the room and bathroom. There was no hot water in the evening, until 8am. The restaurant felt like a roadside one-man kitchen.

The location worked well for getting to restaurants and attractions on foot, and the pool and fitness center were top-notch. My room was clean, comfortable, and had the amenities I needed. The staff made me feel welcome right away and were especially helpful with directions and local dining suggestions. I had an exceptional stay and would gladly return, recommending it to anyone wanting comfort without stress.
