The room wasn't clean when we arrived, with hair scattered around. They should clean it before letting new guests in. The hotel itself is average, though its old city location is great, with everything within a 10 mins walk.

You can book by phone, and my room cost 1300 rs. The hotel had useful basics like towels, soap, shampoo, and hot and cold water. Water ran out once because of construction going on in udaipur, but otherwise we had a pleasant stay. The location is the best part, directly opposite jagdish temple and only a 2 min walk from city palace.

The worst experience. They confirmed an early check in by phone, then refused when I got to the hotel. There weren't enough housekeeping staff, and the flush didn't work. Right in front of the hotel is a municipal garbage collection centre.

Inside, the hotel looks nice and the interiors are good, though from the outside it looks shabby. They provided an extra mattress for the three of us. The in-house restaurant is a bit costly.

The rooms were very dirty, and the bathrooms smelled awful. They ignored our complaint, and the staff didn't know how to speak to customers. The hotel was disorganized, and I'm really disappointed. The worst experience I've ever had.
