Hotel City Inn By OYO Rooms

It's near the main road, but there's no restaurant service. We booked a standard room through goibibo and were given a nonstandard one instead, without hot water and with a broken window lock. The staff were uncooperative and behaved very badly.

My room was dirty and dusty, and the staff were very rude. The towel was filthy with yellow spots, there was no toilet paper, and the toilet hadn't been cleaned. There's no lift, just a narrow staircase, and the hotel is outside the main city with no restaurant nearby. Around 10 pm, I saw some police men drinking alcohol in a car in front of the hotel reception, which can be checked on the hotel's cctv. It didn't feel safe to stay here. Worst hotel service I've had.

The rooms are small, but mine was good and clean. All the staff members were very nice and polite.
