For 500 to 600, you can get an AC room on OYO, so the price is very reasonable. The hotel is right by Lake Pichola and the location looks great, with a good view. The washrooms are small and need some work. I’d give the hotel 4 stars. Thank you, OYO. Arvind purohit.

The bedding was filthy. The bedsheet looked like it hadn’t been washed in ages, the duvet cover had lots of blood stains, and I saw a staff member reuse that same sheet for another guest after I went back to my room for my key. The taps and shower were badly tarnished, and the toilet paper had turned brown where it was kept. The staff also kept demanding money. They insisted on cash because, they said, online payment meant I should find another hotel. I agreed to stay anyway, but after paying they asked me to pay again, then wanted extra money for just 30 more minutes and knocked on my door four times asking me to check out. They called three times about the same thing. The staff had no manners when speaking with guests. They seemed like a bunch of illiterate guys gathered in one place. This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

The bathrooms were tiny, with rusty fixtures and stains everywhere, and the toilets stank. The rooms were dusty and unhygienic. This place needs serious renovation.

The room service and management were awful, even though everything else was okay. They didn’t have drinking water for customers. When I asked for mineral water, the staff told me, “Go get it yourself from some shop outside.” I asked again, but got no response, and then he stopped answering my calls. Worst experience I’ve had at a hotel.
