Hotel Gokul Palace

The management was very bad, even though the hotel itself was okay. We booked three AC rooms online through MMT, but on arrival they gave us just two, one AC and one non-AC. When we asked why, they tried to cancel our booking after check-in. We had no other choice, so we had to compromise and squeeze into the two rooms. The bedsheets and blankets were very dirty, and room service wasn't good. Don't choose this hotel.

The photos of Hotel Gokul Place looked very good, but the condo and building were completely different in reality and disappointing. The staff were unprofessional, the rooms very dirty, and there was seepage and a bad smell from the mattress and bed. The open, poorly covered window meant there was no privacy. This is a very low-standard, third-class hotel. Don't stay here. It was the worst hotel experience.

The room was in terrible shape. The bed was in poor condition, and the AC and Wi-Fi weren't working properly. The television wasn't working either. Maintenance is very poor.

The bedsheets were dirty, and the toilet hadn't been cleaned. The rooms are very poor, and they made us check out before the actual checkout time. This hotel is very bad and staying here is a complete waste of money. Never go here.
