The sheets were dirty and didn't seem properly washed. There were no towels or hot water, the rooms were only okay, and the service was careless. The staff didn't seem to care about guests. On top of that, they kept cutting the AC power at reception to save electricity. When I asked them to turn it back on, they made excuses about the power going off suddenly or it using too much electricity; one staff member admitted they did it because the bill was high. I spent sleepless nights in the heat. I've traveled around Rajasthan, including Jaipur, Jodhpur, Jaisalmer, and Udaipur, and this was by far the worst hotel I stayed in. Avoid it if you want a comfortable stay in Udaipur.

Staff control the AC, so you have to ask them to turn it on each time. There is hot water in the morning only, and even then it doesn't work properly. The bathroom taps aren't working properly, and the rooms aren't in good or clean condition. The location is great, with all Udaipur's famous places nearby.

The bedsheets were dirty, there were no towels, and service was poor. Staff seemed careless and unprofessional, while the rooms themselves were only average. The AC was repeatedly switched off from reception to save on electricity, even after I complained several times, so I spent the whole night in the heat. After stays in several Rajasthan cities, this was easily the worst hotel of my trip.

We couldn't reach the hotel by landline when we tried, and the AC kept being turned off again and again. They also didn't provide basic things like a water bottle, towel, or soap, although other guests got them. A very disappointing stay, with poor service and not worth the money.

They seem to offer rooms offline at higher prices, then refuse to honor an online booking when you arrive. Very unprofessional.
