The manager had a bad attitude, and the room was extremely dirty. It cost around 2500 per night, yet the bedsheet and pillow cover were really bad and covered in cigarette burn marks. They hadn’t even used room freshener, and sometimes I felt like I was in an Animal shelter. They showed us that parking was available, but there was no parking on site, so I left my car on the road beside the hotel. Don’t waste your hard-earned money here. Not recommended.🙏🏻

The stay was uncomfortable and not worth the money. The room was dirty and poorly maintained, the facilities didn’t match the photos, and service was extremely slow and unprofessional. There was noise, dirt and no hospitality, with rude staff and poor cleanliness. Worst stay I’ve had, bad experience overall, wouldn’t recommend it.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the price was very reasonable. The hotel’s location is fantastic, with attractions and public transport easy to reach. Service was the letdown: staff seemed overwhelmed, requests took a long time, and room service and housekeeping weren’t always prompt. It could work if you want a budget-friendly place in a great location, as long as you’re patient with the service.
