Getting around from Hotel Moti Mahal was easy, and the staff were kind and helpful the whole time. Our room was comfortable, clean, and looked after well. We had a lovely stay and would happily recommend it.

The location made everything nearby easy to reach, and the room was spacious, spotless, and nicely kept. One of the best hotel stays I've had. I'd gladly come back, whether with friends or for business.

There were ten of us, all friends, on an overnight stop during our trip. We came from Nashik, Maharashtra, and this turned out to be the best stay of the whole trip. Each room had a refrigerator, and we had parking, hot water for showers, and plenty of other facilities. I'd put this hotel first for anyone traveling with friends or family.

The deluxe room we booked was the basic option, and it was clean. We had a water issue, but reception sorted it quickly after we reported it. Staff were helpful with our luggage. The lift was out of service for maintenance, and although the property has a spa, we didn't use it. A few basics could be better: toiletries could include handwash, toilet paper, and towels. We had to ask for a water bottle, so having one in the room beforehand would help. For anyone driving, the location works well if you want to stay away from Pichola lake. Fateh Sagar lake is nearby, and the roads are wide and fairly quiet. From the back route, Karni Mata temple is easy to reach. Avoid the crowded way via Pichola. Sajjangarh and other tourist spots are also easy to get to. There's plenty of parking.

The owner was humble, polite, and helpful, and the hotel was clean and hygienic. It's in a prime spot near Oberoi. We had an awesome experience.
