Tripli Udaipur

We made the booking a month ahead and explained all our requirements, but still ran into issues. The room hadn't been updated, the bathroom flush didn't work, and the blankets weren't clean. There was no dental kit, soap, or handwash. The staff were doing their duties and were the one good part. The food wasn't good, and the ambience didn't look like the pictures.

Praveen ji at the front desk was always ready to help, polite and supportive, and the rest of the staff were cooperative too. The hotel feels calm and safe, works well for families, and is good value. The location is convenient, and the rooms were clean, quiet, and cozy, making it easy to relax after exploring the city. I'd suggest refreshing the rooms a little, and the charge for water bottles could be more convenient for guests. Still, I had a really good stay and would consider Hotel Tripli, Udaipur again on my next visit.

The food was very poor, and if you've prepaid for meals, you'll regret it. Staff were uncooperative and didn't want to listen to concerns, which only added to the frustration. The rooms are extremely small and uncomfortable. Parking is very limited because the property is actually an apartment building. There are maintenance problems throughout, including leaking room taps and water leaking in the reception area. Guests have to pay the full amount at check-in, yet still wait unnecessarily for the bill. It didn't feel worth the money, and I wouldn't recommend it.

We stayed from 28-31 Dec'25, and it was a really bad choice. The rooms and cleanliness were horrible, the walls were peeling, and the bathroom taps didn't work properly. The lift was so dirty we didn't want to use it. We were given something different from what we'd booked on the first night, then moved to a slightly better room for the final two days. Tripli Udaipur was a bad choice.
