The location worked well for us, with tourist spots nearby. City palace, pichola lake, and boating were a 5-10 min. drive away, and it’s near Udaipur City Railway Station. There was good, secure car parking, plus a car wash facility. We especially appreciated the 24hr hot water in winter. Our room and washroom were spacious and well maintained, and the room matched what was shown online. Room service was fast, and the staff were warm, professional, helpful, and good to deal with. The buffet breakfast was quite good. The restaurant was also very good, with delicious food at affordable prices. Try paneer toofani & dal makhani. Restaurant staff were humble and responsive. We had a nice experience at this 3-star hotel.

We were happy with the stay and the food overall. The rooms were spacious and cosy, and even though it was cold in early February, they felt well insulated and comfortable. Breakfast was good both days. Dinner on the first day, after we arrived from Jaipur, tasted great, especially the Dal Fry. Most restaurants, even small dhabas, make less oily parathas and Dal Fry really well. After touring all of Udaipur the next day, though, the food served wasn’t as good.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a comfortable feel. What I appreciated most was the care from the staff: when we felt unwell, they went out of their way to get us medicine. Everyone was very polite and helpful. The hotel is handy for the railway station, but sits in a quiet area away from the crowds. We had a smooth, enjoyable stay that surpassed our expectations, and I’d recommend it for a peaceful, comfortable visit.

We were travelling late in the evening, and the hotel let us use a room for an extra hour, which we really appreciated. Pichola Lake and City Palace are both close, about 1 km away, and the area still feels peaceful. The hotel has an elegant but homely atmosphere, with quick room service and courteous, helpful staff. The food was delicious and offered plenty of choice for adults and kids. We also requested Jain food without oil or spices, and it was tasty too. That hospitality made our short stay memorable.

Really good experience. The staff were polite and understanding, the food was good, and the rooms and ambience were lovely. Everything deserves five stars.
