The room was a mess: dirty bathroom, broken switches, a TV that seemed to be there for show, and bedsheets that looked reused. Even budget lodges have better hygiene. The manager was shockingly rude, arguing with guests and blaming them instead of helping. They charged ₹500 for being 5-10 minutes late after checkout, which felt exploitative. They advertise a 3-star property, but the service doesn't even meet 1-star standards. No courtesy, cleanliness or professionalism, just false promises and hidden charges. I regret every minute of this nightmare of a stay. Avoid it unless you want a ruined vacation and wasted money! Was

The room was filthy, with a dirty toilet, broken switches, a TV that didn't work and disgusting bedsheets. The manager behaved terribly and charged ₹500 over a tiny 5-10 minute checkout delay. This place barely deserves 1 star, yet charges like a 3-star hotel. Total scam. Absolutely terrible experience, and I strongly warn everyone not to book. I'd give 0 stars if I could!

This isn't a fancy hotel, but it met our needs. The shops and town are nearby, and everything is accessible. The manager and staff helped us plan tourist spots and recommended good restaurants. Though our check-in was late, they let us use a bathroom in another room in the morning to shower and freshen up. One odd thing: asking them to turn on the AC meant a charge of 200 rupees per day.

The room was disgusting, with a dirty washroom, broken switches, a TV that wouldn't turn on and filthy bedsheets that clearly hadn't been changed. The whole place seemed neglected and unhygienic. The manager came across as arrogant and unprofessional, making excuses and overcharging without reason instead of treating guests respectfully. They try to pass this off as a 3-star hotel, but it doesn't come close to 1-star quality. From the staff attitude to the maintenance, it all says stay away. Save your money and sanity, and pick literally anywhere else.

The area is nice and well placed near City Palace and other locations, and the staff were good. But the manager was rude and disrespectful, rushing me to clear the room in just 10 minutes at checkout. A previous visit was bad too, since they didn't provide a proper changing room. Very disappointing stay and poor service overall.
