The booking was already paid, but the receptionist wouldn’t let us check in until we complained to the OYO helpdesk. He didn’t want to give us the room at the OYO price. Poor service and management. Please avoid this hotel.

Everything else about the place is good, but there are rats in the room ACs. That’s why I’m giving it just one star.
