We had a really bad experience here. Our food took over an hour to arrive, and it wasn't good. No one responded when we tried to follow up, and the waiter had forgotten our order.

The room itself was decent, but several things made the stay frustrating. The lock didn't work properly, which left us feeling that security was compromised, and the cable TV wasn't working either. Service was slow: tea took an hour to arrive, and after staff said they'd bring toothpaste, we waited more than an hour and it never came. The lack of attention and follow-through was disappointing.

We felt welcome thanks to the warm, attentive staff, and everything was handled smoothly. The food was delicious, with plenty of choices. A really good experience, highly recommended.

The hotel is in a somewhat scruffy area, but I felt safe there. I also thought it was good value for the price. My room was spacious and spotlessly clean, with a comfortable bed and a great view. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially at the front desk, where I got great local attraction recommendations. Breakfast had lots of choices and was delicious. The location was convenient too, just a short walk from the train station and near several restaurants. I had a wonderful stay at hotal shree Uday villas and would highly recommend it.
